l You must be at least 18 years old to register and place orders.
l Individuals under 18 must use the platform under the supervision of a
parent or legal guardian.
l You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all
activities carried out through your account.
Prescription-only medicines will
only be dispensed after receiving a valid prescription from a
licensed medical practitioner in Nigeria.
Customers are required to:
l Upload a
clear and legible prescription during checkout.
l Ensure that all
submitted information is accurate and authentic.
Every prescription is reviewed
by a
licensed pharmacist
before approval. Hardej Pharmacy reserves the right to reject any prescription that is: Expired, Altered or forged, Incomplete,
Illegible and Clinically inappropriate
Same Day
Delivery
Same-day delivery is available within states where Hardej Pharmacy has an operational branch, provided orders are placed before our daily cut-off time.
Orders outside our operating states require a minimum delivery period of 24 hours, depending
on logistics availability.
Customers may choose to collect their orders from any of our physical branches.
Orders will be held for pickup provided:
l The medication remains within its shelf life.
l Stock availability permits.
5. Product Availability
While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, some products may become unavailable after
an order has been placed.
Where this occurs, customers will
be contacted promptly to arrange:
l A suitable replacement
l A partial refund
l A full refund where applicable
Prices displayed on our platform are
subject to change without prior notice.
However, confirmed and paid orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.
Hardej Pharmacy provides pharmaceutical services and medication counseling but does not
replace professional medical consultation.
We are not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from:
l Incorrect information supplied by customers.
l Misuse of medications.
l Failure to follow medical advice.
l Submission of
fraudulent or inaccurate prescriptions.
